    2. Vitality, together with a global network of insurers ("the Vitality Global Network") and with the support of the World Health Organization, have committed to making 100 million people 20% more active by 2025 ("the Pledge").
    3. This Site serves as the digital home of the Pledge, a collaborative space to showcase thought leadership and news from Vitality and the Vitality Global Network and as a means with which to promote physical activity and positive behavior change.

    3. sNo failure or delay by Vitality or any entity of the Vitality Global Network to exercise any of their rights will be regarded as a waiver of their rights, nor will it affect the validity of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
