A ground-breaking new behaviour change study by leading independent research institute RAND Europe, has shown that Vitality incentives combined with Apple Watch deliver dramatic and sustained improvements in physical activity levels.
Discovery Ltd., South Africa's leading financial services company, today announced a Vitality partnership agreement in Argentina, through collaboration with Prudential Seguros.
The agreement will pave the way for introduction of Vitality's Shared-Value insurance model to Argentina, and builds on the international expansion of the world's largest, science-based, behaviour-change and health promotion platform, to support physically active and healthy societies in partnership with the world's leading insurers.
Prudential Seguros S. A. is a subsidiary of Prudential Financial Inc. which offers life insurance in Argentina and will become the country's exclusive provider of Vitality.
The partnership brings Vitality's international footprint to a total of 20 countries, improving the lives of over 8.9 million people globally, and supporting extension of Discovery's Shared-Value model of insurance across the globe.
